Alima Pure Satin Matte Blush in Apple Blossom

Blush is a 10 second miracle product. When done right, it shaves years off, makes you look put together and just healthy. Cream and liquid formulas are great for layering with emollient primers and foundations for a glowy sheen. But for the sake of longevity (which, let's be honest, is often where clean beauty falls short), you're better off sticking with powder formulas.

My favorite would be Alima Pure's Satin Matte Blush, and my absolute favorite shade is Apple Blossom. It's a romantic, believable, blooming soft pink with just enough grey to give it depth without going ashy. If you're on the paler end, regardless whether your skin tone is warm or cool, this looks beautiful. It's foolproof to apply, a dusting across the apple of your cheeks, and you're set for the next 10 or so hours. I layer it over Alima Pure's powder foundations and bronzer, but it also looks lovely solo. Or mix a small amount in the palm of your hand with a favorite luminizer of moisturizer for a bespoke cream blush.

I'm on my second pot (my first lasted two years!) and I'm hoping Alima Pure never stops making this shade. It's the prettiest blush I've ever found.

Alima Pure Natural Definition Pencil in Patina

This isn't your average brown eye pencil. It's not matte or dark. It's a beige-d up brown with a shimmering cast that veers more silver than gold.

And it's gorgeous, I'd recommend this to anyone. Anyone on the complexion spectrum would look lovely with this along the lower waterline, hazed out all both lash lines for a modern smokey eye, or just along the top line for a minimalist look.

Because it's both lightweight and versatile, this is a great makeup bag staple.
